Patrick Aleshire is a Learning & Development professional with a strong background in education and training, currently serving as a Learning & Development Specialist within his organization. He has demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
In addition to his public sector work, he is the founder of Zero Proof Ventures, contributing to innovative, community-focused initiatives that promote inclusive social experiences within the non-alcoholic space. Patrick also host the podcast, Grossly Competent, where he shares insights on career development, learning, and modern workplace topics. He holds a degree from Carroll University and brings a passion for continuous learning and personal development to all of his work.
